Delete your Kilos account

Kilos - Workout Tracker is made by www Holding AB, Uppsala, Sweden. You can delete your account and everything stored for it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

• Open the Settings tab.
• Tap Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. You do not need to contact us.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with (Apple, Google or the email code) and write "delete my Kilos account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Delete some of your data, keep the account

In the app you can delete a single workout (History, swipe or the workout's menu), a measurement (Measurements), a chat thread with the coach (Coach tab, the thread's menu), or a gym you added (Settings, Gyms). Turning the AI coach off in Settings stops any further data going to the AI provider. For anything else, email [email protected] and say what to remove.

What is deleted

Your account, workouts, templates, body measurements, gyms you added, chat threads with the coach, usage data, feedback you sent and request logs are permanently deleted from our server. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled at the same time; a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed and cancelled in your Apple or Google account, since Apple and Google are the sellers. To cancel a website subscription without deleting the account, use https://trykilos.com/manage. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What is kept

Only the optional reason you can type when deleting, stored with the app version and nothing that links it to you. Stripe, Apple and Google keep their own accounting records of payments under their terms.
